20th Anniversary Keyport Challenge Coin

This is Keyport’s official 20th anniversary challenge coin - a limited edition, dual-sided collectible made for Keyporters.

Coin Story

In 2005, I faced a life-changing decision:

Option 1 : Stay at my dream job in architecture.
Option 2 : Embrace the entrepreneurial path and bring my invention, Keyport, to market.

Choosing Option 2 altered the course of my life. I relocated from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, drawn by the city's surprisingly lower cost of living at the time, and fully committed to Keyport. Back then, there was no competition in our niche, the term "Everyday Carry" didn’t exist, and crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter were still just an idea. It was the MySpace era.

A couple of years later, David joined Keyport as my business partner to help launch the product after my first failed attempt. On one of his initial trips to Las Vegas, he presented me with a custom Keyport poker chip. The 20th Anniversary Coin is version 2.0 of the original poker chip to commemorate our journey: the defining decision, the original poker chip, 20 years of dedication, and our hometown of Las Vegas.

ALL IN side (Heads) → It was meant to be; go for it.
CHECK side (Tails) → Embrace patience and persistence; wait for the perfect moment.
