Keyport Limited Warranty Policy
Keyport products carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product is defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair or replace it, at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover color finishes, batteries, accessories, printed graphics, cleaning, sharpening, abuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, alteration, theft, loss, or unauthorized &/or unreasonable use. The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner.
If your product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced by the same product or a product of equal value. If a product of equal value does not exist for a replacement, we will provide store credit for the original purchase price.
To make a warranty claim, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include detailed information and images of the issue, as well as your current shipping address. Once you submit the request, we will review the information provided and offer a timely resolution.
Keyport RMA Policy
You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by Keyport, Inc. within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unmarked product packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product (duplicated Blades are not returnable). Please note that due to the unique customization of Keyport products, all returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (25% on international orders). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Keyport will offer a refund based on your original method of payment. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time frame accounts for the transit time for us to receive the package, processing time, and the time it takes your credit card company to process the refund request or for our bank to issue a check and the associated transit time in mailing the check.
If you purchased your Keyport product through a retailer or from an online reseller, your ability to return the product is subject to that particular seller's return policy. Keyport will not issue refunds for products purchased through a retail location or from any other reseller. We do provide warranty exchanges as needed for said products.
Keyport currently does not make exchanges for reasons other than material defects covered under the warranty policy.
If the return is a result of a warranty issue, we will cover the cost of return shipping, otherwise the shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer.
