Keyport Blades carry a one year limited warranty. If you believe you have a defective product, we are happy to replace it for you provided it meets the warranty's requirements. The complete terms of the warranty can be found here.
To make a warranty claim, please login to your account select the 'RMA' tab, and click 'Request New RMA' link in the top right. Once you submit your RMA, we will review it. Once your RMA is approved, we will issue you a pre-paid shipping label via email to ship the defective product back to us. Once we receive the defective product, we will send you a replacement within one week.
If you purchased your Keyport product at one of our Authorized Dealers or retail outlets, you must return your product to the origin of purchase along with the original receipt of purchase.
