I think that my order is lost in transit. What should I do?

Keyport, Inc. is not responsible for items lost that are shipped using a method that does not include a tracking number (e.g. USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail). Therefore, we strongly suggest that you a shipping option that includes tracking such as any of our FedEx options.

In the event an order is lost, misplaced or damaged while in transit, please notify us either via e-mail to helpdesk@mykeyport.com or by phone at (855) KEYPORT (539-7678) ext. 2. and provide us with your invoice number. We will do our best to locate your package.
