I think that my order is lost in transit. What should I do?

Keyport, Inc. is not responsible for items lost that are shipped using a method that does not include insurance (USPS First Class, International Standard) Therefore, we strongly suggest that you a shipping option that includes insurance  such as any of our USPS Priority and FedEx options.

In the event an order is lost, misplaced or damaged while in transit, please notify us either via e-mail to helpdesk@mykeyport.com or by phone at (855) KEYPORT (539-7678) ext. 1. and provide us with your order number. We will do our best to locate your package.
