What do I do if my locksmith miscuts one or more of my Keyport Blades?

If you took your Blades to a certified locksmith, Keyport will replace your miscut Blades as a one-time courtesy. We do not recommend taking your Blades to a big box retailer or hardware store, as their key cutting staff often do not have the experience needed to identify and process a wide range of keys.

Please send a couple images of your original key side by side the Blade we sent you, front and back sides, for locksmith review to helpdesk@mykeyport.com. Also, please let us know where the Blade(s) were duplicated.

**Once we have the images - please allow 1-2 business days for a resolution.
